I’m a midwestern, homeschooling mom of three, wife, daughter, sister, friend, and disciple of Jesus Christ. My life, like most, is a cacophony of thrills, defeats, and moments of stillness. I write from a deep understanding of pain and suffering, but by faith in the unchanging One, I’ve been given a new life, a new hope, and an anchor for my soul. God teaches me so much in the things He brings me through, and I humbly share what I am learning here. I invite you to read, study, pray, and question right along with me.
Looking.for.logos is a developing idea. I think there is a seed in it, somehow, but who knows where it will end up! I love words, I love the Word of God, I love the Word (Logos) Himself… There are revelations to be found, if we are looking for them.
Only the Word is the answer to rightly reading the world, because The Word has nail-scarred hands that cup our face close, wipe away the tears running down, has eyes to look deep into our brimming ache, and whisper, “I know. I know.” The passion on the page is a Person, and the lens I wear of the Word is not abstract idea but the eyes of the God-Man who came and knows the pain.

I’m working toward a more predictable schedule in posting, but for now, I aim for at least once a week. It may be easier to receive email notifications of my posts, but I also send out notifications via Twitter and Facebook. Hopefully soon, I’ll be able to offer more regular updates.
With over 100 posts and pages, it has become unrealistic for anyone to try to “catch up”, but I’d like to offer a list of “Top Clicked” pages for easier browsing. Also, check out My Testimony and Looking for Logos for more information.
Thanks for stopping by!
To the One who gets all of the Glory…
With Love,
